credibility are fundamental and recurrent themes regardless of the leadership

Integrity means being 'whole' and single minded.
People with integrity live their lives like open books, they don't hide
anything and their words and deeds match up.
Honesty has to do with telling the truth and
never cheating or stealing. A leader who shows honesty should have a mind and
an attitude of expressing the truth regardless of the consequences.
Fairness means that you're doing things in an
acceptable and approriate way. Leaders who are fair treat everybody according
to the rules without special regard for anyone.
Credibility is one of the best and greatest
principle in leadership. Credibility has to do with belief and trust. A leader
should be a person who can be trusted and they exercise the truth and positive
change to people.

Leadership is difficult to define but you know it
when you see it. By looking at a person in any level of leadership, you can
tell whether he/she is a leader or not. We find that the easiest way to
